TERMS OF SERVICE:

You must read the terms before purchasing any of my work.

GENERAL RULES:

  • Only PayPal USD.

  • The elaboration of the work will being after the 100% of the payment.

  • Delivery time depends of availability.

  • I always show all the work progress, you can ask me your status on the wait list.

  • If you need to change the character, let me know before the Lineart progress.

  • Only clients or the artist can post the commission, I always ask permission to post it, if you want keep the work private, it's okay.

  • I'll ask you if it's okay to put your user on trello or if we keep it marked as anonymous and if it's okay if I stream the progress on my discord server or we keep the commission private.

  • If you need speedpaint/speedanimation about the artwork, let me know before the start, this help me to take record first with another program.

  • Send clear flat color references of the characters.

I WON'T DO:

  • NO refunds, unless I can't finish the commission.

  • Minors CANNOT buy SFW artwork without adult/parent authorization.

  • I DON'T sell NSFW to minors.

  • It is completely FORBIDDEN to sell my art, give it commercial use or feed the IA with my work.

  • NO illegal stuff.

  • NO pedo.

  • NO zoo/feral.

  • NO shota or loli.

  • NO hate speech or harassment.

CUSTOM DRAWING COMMISSIONS:

  • First I make the sketch and then, once it's approved, we proceed with the payment.

  • Small changes are allowed before the render.

  • Commission prices are subject to change over time or in a commission emergency.

  • Be clear about about the custom commission, like poses, references, etc. (If the reference is from another artist, please, ask their permission and let them know that their art will be used for the commission I will be doing.)

CUSTOM ANIMATIONS AND YCH'S:

  • Changes about the oc's color palette must be notified before I start painting progress.

  • Extra charges will be for requesting more than three changes to the lineart progress and after the painting progress.

  • I don't render animations, just environmental shadow.

  • The prices of the ychs are subject to change according to the following factors:

  1. Passage of time.

  2. Possible increases according to their update (Whether the work was published with an initial price and the price is updated according to the difficulty of the work, the time it takes to do it and the level of detail)

  3. Possible remakes. (Before releasing the second version (V2), a discount of between 25% or 45% will be applied to the V1 a few days before the publication of V2; after publication, V1 will return to its original price or it will be discontinued)
